The Faculty journal is accredited to grant MSc. & PhD. degrees for scientific articles extracted from theses and dissertations.The evaluation of the journal is (7.5) degrees in the scientific committees for promotion to the position of professor and assistant professor (2021- 2026).
1) Authors must prepare their papers using Microsoft Word, according to the guidelines and templates.
2) All papers must be written in clear, idiomatic English and ensure that your paper has been checked for errors.
3) Eliminate author names, contact information, and affiliations from the title and anywhere else; and then convert this file to PDF.
4) The authors must submit two forms of paper; one Microsoft Word and (one PDF without author names, contact information, and affiliations)
5) Complete papers should be submitted for reviewing by the conference scientific committee.
6) By submitting a paper an author and all co-authors are assumed to agree with the terms of the conference regulations.
Double Blind Review
The 2ndICBAS has a double-blind review policy for all submissions. This policy preserves the anonymity of both judges and authors during the reviewing process, which helps to eliminate any perceptions of bias or favoritism. Several guidelines have been provided by the 2ndICBAS organizing committee to assist authors editing their manuscripts in preparation for a double-blind review. Examples for these guidelines can be summarized as:
1) Eliminate author names, contact information, and affiliations from the title and acknowledgments and references to funding sources.
2) Use the third person to refer to the authors’ own work;
3) Depersonalize the work by using anonymous text where necessary;
4) Remove references to patents filed by authors or their institutions.
Paper Selection Criteria
Papers are reviewed by 2ndICBAS Technical Program committee. The selection criteria will be:
1) Originality: Is the contribution unique and significant? Are proper references to previous work by the authors and others provided?
2) Clarity: Is the paper contribution and technical content presented with clarity? Are the writing and accompanying figures clear and understandable?
3) Quantitative content: Does the paper give a comprehensive description of the work with adequate supporting data?
