| Abstract |
| Complexity, heterogeneity, schemaless, data visualization, and extraction of consistent knowledge from big data are the most challenges in NoSQL databases. This paper presents a general semantic integration Application Program Interface that integrates and converts any NoSQL databases to semantic representation. The generated knowledge base is suitable for visualization and knowledge extraction from different big data sources. We demonstrate the proposed API through a case study of Pandemic prediction of COVID-19 and different weather phenomena in different locations in the world. We discover the association between COVID-19 spread and decreasing weather conditions. The experimental results indicate that the API performance is suitable for heterogeneous big data. |
